DELIVERY

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.99 for each order and your order will be shipped by carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx etc.

USA

All products are sent with shipping carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx etc., all of which require a signature. Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays). If your order is placed after 12 EST, it will be processed the next day and sent out for delivery to the day after. Orders placed on Friday after 12 EST, will begin processing on the following Monday. Most in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours and received within 7-14 working dayshowever occasionally due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer. You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

UK & Non-USA countries

If your order is placed after 3pm UK time, it will be processed the next day and sent out for delivery to the day after. Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm UK time will begin processing on the following Monday. Most in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours and will arrive to a UK address the next business day however occasionally due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer. All orders to European and the rest of the world addresses are also sent by shipping carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx etc. however may take longer depending on Customs.
 

Shipments outside of UK and USA:

These shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Our Returns Policy:

We hope you are completely satisfied with your VALIMARE purchase.
If you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund (less postage costs) or up to 28 days from date of receipt for an exchange, as long as it’s returned to us in its original unused condition & packaging, with all labels intact.
Goods must be unworn and unwashed and where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place. In the interest of hygiene, please wear underwear when trying on briefs and avoid make up coming into contact with underwear or clothing when trying them on. We may refuse to refund or exchange if it’s clear this hasn’t been done, and return the goods to you. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error. We advise you to send your return via signed for or special delivery services.

How to return an item

Please email customerservice@valimare.com to request a refund or an exchange and we will assign you a tracking # and instructions of where to return the item.
After we have received your refund request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.
We aim to process refunds and exchanges the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

Return Exceptions

Items that have been worn, used, soiled, altered, or missing hygiene strips or garment hang tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. You will still have to pay return shipping.

Faulty Item

In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives then we’ll be happy to replace it for you, please contact customer services quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Wrong item received

Discount codes & vouchers
